ACC registered • No referral required
If your pain or injury is related to an accident, Sarah can lodge your ACC claim during your appointment.
You don't need to see your GP first.
Health insurance
Some health insurance policies cover osteopathic treatment. Cover varies between policies, so it's best to check with your provider before your appointment.
If your policy covers osteopathy, Sarah can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurer.
What happens at your first appointment?
Your first appointment is up to 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to understand what's bothering you and how it's affecting your everyday life.
We'll talk about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and what you'd like to get back to doing. I'll then assess your movement and the areas that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment is tailored to you and may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, followed by practical advice where appropriate.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before you book. If you're unsure whether osteopathy is right for you, you're welcome to get in touch.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
If you don't attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will apply.
