Client Reviews
“I have injured my neck due to some cycling accidents in the past. Sometimes following a jolt to my head, I get recurring headaches and even blurred vision at times. This can be for days at a time. I can feel the tension and restriction in my neck that is causing this. As I’m not a big fan of chiropractic treatment as I feel my neck is already at risk, I have found osteo treatment to be way more gentle on the affected areas.
Sarah is amazing. She gets to the root cause of the pain and gently works on the muscles and joints.
After four visits, I no longer have headaches or blurred vision and my neck feels way more flexible.
Makes life so much more enjoyable.”
— Chris“Sarah is a wonderful Osteopath. She works wonders on all my issues and recently sorted out my back, shoulder and neck tension which had become very tight and painful.”
— Amber“Following a mountain bike accident in Italy, I hurt my back. As I was on my way to New Zealand, I was looking for an osteopath and a friend of mine booked an appointment with Sarah who did an astonishing job. It’s great to see someone with this level of passion and competence. Sarah significantly helped my recovery.
— Paul“I found Sarah to be very thorough, professional and knowledgable - a real master of her trade. She helped me to apply for ACC funding and worked wonders with her treatments. Thank you Sarah, I highly recommend your services!”

From the very first session, I could tell I was in expert hands. Sarah's professionalism, care, and thorough understanding of osteopathy were evident. After just two treatments, I noticed a significant improvement, and now, a month after therapy, I am completely pain-free. Sarah's approach is both holistic and highly effective. I am incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of osteopathic care”
— Dragan“Sarah is awesome! Went to Chiro to solve my back problems but after 2months still felt just a bit better so decided to look for alternative and found Sarah Boughtwood Osteopath.
